Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute the contract between CareerToolbox International, LLC and the Client and are deemed to be accepted by the Client by virtue of confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and making full payment for the service.

These Terms & Conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized signatory of CareerToolbox International, LLC, these Terms of Business prevail over any previous terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Client.

No variation or alteration to these Terms & Conditions shall be valid unless the details of such variation are agreed between CareerToolbox International, LLC and the Client and are set out in writing and stating the date on or after such varied terms shall apply.

Purchasers of our services enter into a contract, which is written within the sole jurisdiction of the State of Minnesota. Payment shall be through either PayPal or check and it is these terms and conditions that will apply. In addition work will not be commenced upon an instruction from a client until full payment has been cleared by PayPal or US Bank N.A. and has reached CareerToolbox International, LLC.

All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. We accept no liability for changing any prices.

No Consequential Damages. The parties hereto agree that no party to this agreement shall be liable to the other parties to this agreement for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of income, profit, business, or product, howsoever caused arising out of or in any manner related to this agreement.

CareerToolbox International, LLC accepts in good faith information, which purchasers of its services provide, and is not in any way responsible for the accuracy of such information. Furthermore CareerToolbox International, LLC is not responsible for the accuracy of any information, which is written in a purchaser’s resume, online profile or any other document provided by CareerToolbox International, LLC.

CareerToolbox International, LLC is NOT responsible for any 3rd party systems or devices i.e. smartphones, iPads, etc. that are connected to any social media systems or for the client exceeding the LinkedIn IDK limit.

It is the responsibility of purchasers to ensure the accuracy and veracity of information provided to CareerToolbox International, LLC, and information, which subsequently is written into any document or online profile provided by CareerToolbox International, LLC.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and the fee paid by the client, there is no right of refund in the case of a client wishing not to proceed with the service at any stage of the production of his or her resume or any other service provided by CareerToolbox International, LLC. The very simple reason is that if you need a new, professional resume and/or online profiles, then there should be no reason for a refund as our Career Coach will work with you every step of the way, ensuring that you end up with materials you are entirely happy with.

Privacy Statement

CareerToolbox International, LLC is legally and morally bound to protect our client’s personal or business information and to handle it according to strict guidelines. This is an obligation that we at CareerToolbox International, LLC take very seriously indeed. In particular, CareerToolbox International, LLC is totally opposed to spam and would never sell our clients email address or addresses to anyone.

The only information CareerToolbox International, LLC collects about our clients is the information our clients provide to us in order to complete the requested services through our standard forms and correspondence. We guarantee that all information will be treated in strict accordance with all appropriate company procedures and guidelines.

In common with the vast majority of commercial websites, CareerToolbox International, LLC uses “cookies” (small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive) to enable us to provide a more user-friendly service. Most web browsers are configured to automatically accept cookies, but our clients can usually change their browser settings to prevent that if they so wish, although this will potentially detrimentally affect the use of our web sites as well as many others. Clients should also note that, in order to measure performance, our advertising and affiliate partners, e.g. Google, may also make use of cookies and that CareerToolbox International, LLC may have access to resulting data.

CareerToolbox International, LLC employ’s other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for example freelance consultants specializing in particular sectors or geographical territories. Such companies and individuals will have access to any personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes, and are required to handle all client information in accordance with all appropriate State and Federal regulations and guidelines, whether they are themselves based within the US or not.

With your permission, we may distribute your details to carefully selected partners, for example recruitment agencies, who may be able to assist you in gaining future employment. As a result, you may be contacted by email, telephone or post by us, our associates, or other organizations. You may of course opt out of such correspondence immediately and at any time.

Should a client have an issue with any aspect of the service then please contact 866.831.6651 or email us at enquiries@careertoolboxusa.com. CareerToolbox International, LLC undertakes to examine and respond to each and every concern as soon as possible, normally within two working days.

CareerToolbox International, LLC is not responsible in any way for any interruptions to the service it provides as a result of breakdown of internet or other supporting services, and does not undertake any liability for any losses which may occur as a result of such breakdowns. It will, however, use its best endeavors to deal with such errors.

CareerToolbox International, LLC retains the right to terminate any contract with any client should it so wish at any stage in the production of any document, and retains the right to keep fees paid.

CareerToolbox International, LLC follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information shared with us by our clients in order to prevent unauthorized access. CareerToolbox International, LLC security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

In the unlikely event of unauthorized credit or debit card use, clients must notify their credit or debit card provider in accordance with the credit or debit card providers reporting rules and procedures and as per your contractual arrangement with them.

Service Level Agreement

Upon receipt of payment, CareerToolbox International, LLC will assign a team member (Career Coach & Job Search Strategist, Social Media Strategist or Executive Coach) within the first 24 hours.

Service level agreements and turnaround times will all be in accordance with the timeframes appropriate for the service purchased. If for any reason agreed-upon deadlines cannot be met, the client will be notified immediately via email and phone.

All turnaround times relate only to standard Monday to Friday business days and exclude weekends (unless otherwise contractually agreed upon) and National Holidays i.e. Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.
