CareerToolbox Executive Outplacement Programs are dynamic and challenging programs customized to meet the expectations of the most discerning senior executives. Management & Professionals Outplacement Services

The Management/Professional Outplacement Programs provide participants with proven strategies and techniques to achieve a successful career transition. Participants will work on a one-to-one basis with a Senior Career Coach who will talk through aspirations, challenges, and career directions, setting goals, taking into account capability, needs, and individual priorities.

Our structured, systematic approach and proven methodology enables people to identify short, medium, and long-term career goals and through every step of the process, receive expert Career Coaching and advice.

Group Outplacement Services

CareerToolbox works with organizations to customize group Career Transition/Outplacement Programs. Up to twelve participants may be included in each session, a workshop size that assures optimal interaction and learning.

Workshops provide participants with a structured approach and methodology critical for successful re-employment. Participants have the opportunity to develop and hone their job search, networking, and self-marketing skills while allowing ample time for practice and role-play exercises.
